We have large detached 3 bedroom villa with private courtyard and pool. Air conditioning units are fitted in the lounge and in all bedrooms. The villa is situated in Karsiyaka. Karsiyaka is eight miles west of Kyrenia (Girne), which is regarded as the most beautiful and culturally the most interesting town in Cyprus.
From every side of the villa there are amazing views.
Looking to the north, you see the beautiful Mediterranean sea;
looking to the south, the stunning Besparmak Mountains.
The villa has its own private swimming pool.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m (26ft x 13ft), 140cm deep.
Deep enough so you can swim the whole length.

Coming in the front door and hall the first room you enter is the light and airy large oblong lounge (approx 6.5m x 5.25m)with a dining table large enough to seat six and two large settees. If you visit in the winter there is a fully operational fireplace where you can burn logs to keep off any evening chill. Alternatively, reversible air conditioning units provide heating.
Through a large archway you can see the fully fitted kitchen (approx 4.15m x 3.8m) with gas hob, fitted electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Off the lounge there is a hallway leading to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. A patio door on the other side of the room leads you to the courtyard.
From the hall you go up the stairs and find on the right is a bathroom, which is fully fitted with both a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
Second on right is a bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
A third bedroom is on the left from the landing/viewing area. The bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing table.
The landing/viewing area has patio doors leading onto a small balcony. Also, from the viewing area you have access to the Terrace.
The beds will have clean bedclothes when you arrive, with fresh towels supplied. The property manager will visit you on the first morning to provide you with all necessary information. Once a week, the maid will come to clean the villa and to change the bedclothes.

The villa is set in a large plot with a pool and plenty of open areas with sea views. The villa was built in 2006. The garden, both to the front and back was planted in 2006 with Mediterranean plants.
The 1st floor roof terrace above the Lounge has plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy the view of the sea/coast. The terrace is fitted with a barbeque. Patio furniture is provided.
There is a paved hardstand/driveway for one car.
