Zeus Villa enjoys the best of both worlds as it lies half-way between the seaside resort of Ayia Napa, famous for it's nightlife and clubbing, and Protaras, a more family-oriented beach resort. The sandy cove of Konos is only 1 km away, while the beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 1 & 3 kms away.

The villa is situated in a large garden (2,200 sq. metres) full of flowers and fruit trees, including lemon, orange, mandarin, pomegranate, peach and fig trees, as well as grape vines. Guests are welcome to help themselves! Other facilities include 2 outdoor showers, covered barbecue area and a traditional Cypriot outdoor oven. Full cleaning and pool maintenance is once a week.
Zeus Villa is actually two adjacent self-contained houses (175 m2) with three bedrooms each and a shared pool. It is ideal for 2 families or 2 groups of friends, who wish to holiday together but at the same time enjoy the complete privacy of their own home. Each individual house is fully equipped and can be rented out separately, only the large overflow pool (11m x 6m) and the garden is shared between the two houses.
Fully equipped kitchen in each house has 4 ring stove, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine. Living room is with fireplace and with seating for 7 people. There are audio tape player, radio, tv. Dining area seats 8 people. Each house has 3 bedrooms, can sleep a maximum of 6 people. There are 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 2 bathroom, 2 WC in each house.

Zeus Villa enjoys uninterrupted sea views, with a direct view of the Peninsula of Cape Greco. There are several safe and sandy beaches to choose from in the area, the nearest one being Konos beach, only 1 km away. Young people will love the clubbing scene in Ayia Napa, which rivals Ibiza for it's nightlife, only 3 kms away. Families will enjoy the quiet resort of Protaras, only 1 km away. Both resorts have a vast choice of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, discos etc.
Car Hire Both the nearest beach and shops are over 1 km away, so it is essential to hire a car in advance for the whole period of your holiday - we would be delighted to help arrange this for you . Driving instructions to the villas from Larnaca airport will be provided to you in advance.
