The home is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standard. We want you to enjoy your holiday and so we have thought of everything from Games Console and Games for the kids ( young or not so young ! ) , DVD/CD player for the whole family and hairdryer and straighteners for the ladies ? all this for your added comfort and less packing !! We ensure that the home is fully cleaned and dressed for your prior to your arrival.

All 4 bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished and overlook the pool area.

The Master Bedroom is on the ground floor and features a Queen Size bed, walk in wardrobe, dresser and ensuite shower room with toilet and his n hers washbasins. Patio doors lead out to the pool area.

The Guest Master Suite on the first floor has a Queen Size Bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath as well as toilet. There is also a dresser and walk in wardrobe.

Spacious Bedroom 3 has a double bed, dresser and built ?in wardrobe
There is also a generous sized Bedroom 4 which has two single beds, dresser and a walk in wardrobe.

Between Bedroom 3 & 4 there is a third bathroom with bath and toilet, which these rooms share.

For the baby in your party a cot and highchair can be provided

The living space will very comfortably accommodate all your party ? with a large living and dining room complete with 27? colour remote controlled TV, DVD/CD player, Games Console and Games. For larger parties, there is also a Queen sofa bed which can accommodate two adults comfortably. . A door leads directly out to the pool patio as well as large patio doors overlooking the pool. There is a telephone available.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything even the most discerning cook would want , including self cleaning electric range cooker, built in microwave, dishwasher, American refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle & toaster and electric waste disposal unit. There is also a breakfast bar with barstools for those who just want to watch and chat
In addition, there is a separate utility room which has a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron ? ideal for drying off the pool towels or washing through the children?s clothes.

There is a further cloakroom downstairs and outside there is a double garage and hardstanding area

Tuscan Hills boasts a wonderful Clubhouse for your use with something for everyone in your family. There is a fitness room, tennis court and sand volley court for the more active members of your party. If the kids get bored (hard to imagine!) there is an indoor games as well as the Palm Garden

After a hard day hitting the theme parks, shopping or golfing, what better way to relax than a swim in the fabulous private heated pool (26? x 13? ), screened for your privacy and comfort ? or relax poolside with a good book and a cool drink on one of the loungers. The pool is fully maintained by a Management Agent who will ensure that the pool is clean and ready for you to use upon arrival. All safety features are in place for even the youngest members of your party.
