A 10 minute stroll from the villa brings you to the new Port Yalikavak Marina with it's shops, cafes, bistros and seafront gardens to relax in and into the small town of Yalikavak which still supports a thriving fishing industry. The small picturesque harbour is surrounded by restaurants and bars, and, while there is the occasional disco bar, the general atmosphere is quiet, unhurried and relaxed. There are many shops in the traffic free centre, and every week the town hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable and clothing markets on the Bodrum Peninsula.
Just beyond the harbour is located the beach. Local buses and taxis run very frequently making Bodrum and the rest of this peninsular?s varied historic and tourist sites accessible within 30 minutes - the ideal place to relax and unwind.
