THE FEATURES OF OUR BEACHFRONT HOLIDAY VILLAS IN CESME, TURKEY

-Our private beachfront holiday villas are located on the border of a clear, exclusive and comfortable holiday site 3km, away from the village of Ildir. Our beachfront vacation villas are are directly facing the beach thus providing a panoramic view of the sea.

-Our beautiful vacation villas (150 m2) are surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden with an open terrace of 20 m2 and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda. From here, we will have a panoramic and marvelous sea view.

The living room (30m2) in each villa has a satelliteTV and is fully furnished.Internet acces available ( 1024 Mb. DSL)

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine.

There are 5 bedro in each villa (18m2,12m2,10m2,7m2 and 20m2 attic rooom) which can accommodate a total of 10 beds (double and single beds).

In each villa, there are 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a WC, bathtub and water boiler. The 2 smaller bathrooms has a shower and toilet. There is also a common shower in the garden.

In the garden,there is a common washroom with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.

The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy

a wonderful BBQ meal. Our barbeque and grill sets are available for your use

Cesme is located in the west of Izmir. The name Cesme means fountain in Turkish. The name comes from the many springs around the area during the 18th and 19th centuries.It is one of the most popular holiday resorts in Turkey with its clean sandy blue sea, fish restaurants and lovely climate

Climate: The region of Cesme has a typical Mediterranean climate. The summer season begins in April and continues until the end of October with hot sunny days. Unlike other Turkish resorts, the region of Cesme benefits from the cooling Imbat breeze which blows off the Aegean Sea and is renowned for its clean, cool air, offering welcome relief from the heat of the sun even during the hottest months of July and August.

Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 440 Euro for high season (15 Jun -15 Sept), 300 Euro for mid-season (01 Apr - 15 Jun and 15 Sept - 31 Oct), 200 Euro for low-season (01 Nov -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 45 Euro for high season, 25 Euro for mid-season, 20 Euro for low-season
