Our brand new 2007 apartment located on the first floor is built in traditional Andalusian style and set amongst beautiful tropical gardens with its own secure underground parking. Our rear terrace overlooks the large communal pool which is accessed from our luxury apartment via a lift or stairs. The main terrace leading off the lounge area is ideal for alfresco dining whilst enjoying the mountain and garden views.

The apartment benefits from beautiful marble tile floor throughout and has reversible air conditioning which allows for cool air in the hot weather or warm in the winter months. Whilst no additional furniture is at present provided for children there is plenty of space for 4 adults with young children. No pets permitted. Smoking restricted to the terrace, but no disposal of stubs in the window boxes please

Opens onto large covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking gardens and up to mountains. The apartment benefits from having access to a rear terrace overlooking gardens and pool, which is shared by only one other party.
