Fully air conditioned and with the added luxury of ceiling fans in all master bedrooms, our villa offers total privacy and space to relax and enjoy your holiday of a lifetime.

Outside we have an extended deck area, a large 30' x 15' heated pool and spa and our covered lanai includes a summer grill, poolside bathroom (there are 7 bathrooms in total), and plenty of chairs and loungers so everyone can relax.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated to the highest of standards and enjoys many upgraded facilities including tiling throughout the living area and a beautiful fitted kitchen.

The villa is located just off the main 192 on the new Bellavida Resort in Kissimmee, right behind Medieval Times on Oren Brown Road. The road runs between the 192 and Poinciana Blvd so you can choose to leave the resort either way for the drive to Disney. You can also access the Walmart carpark directly from Oren Brown Road, it is genuinely within walking distance of the villa!

Easy access to the Osceola Parkway from both the 192 and Poincianca Blvd make it a breeze to get in and out of Disney World in record time, our villa is located on the Magic Kingdom / Epcot side of Disney World.
