Villa Alkisti has a terraced garden with a 30sqm swimming pool and sun loungers, and a patio with garden furniture. As you enter the villa there is a large open plan living/dining room with a well equipped kitchen that includes all the necessary utilities, like dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, a hi-fi stereo and a satellite TV and DVD player. The villa is including a fireplace at the living area.

A flight of stairs brings you to the first bedroom which accommodates two people in one double bed. Further to this floor there is a small bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor there are two more bedrooms one with one double bed and one with twin beds and a granite detailed bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. These two bedrooms have a veranda with furniture. Both floors have central air conditioning. The villa has got its own parking space.

In the centre of the area of Gialia, and near to the ruins of the Minoan town of Lamon, few fishermen built a small settlement, Plakias.
