The cottage is located in South Bohemia, one of the most naturally beautiful regions in the Czech Republic. Is is at the confluence of two rivers in the very center of South Bohemia and near a number of lovely historical towns. The river is a couple minutes? walk from the cottage and flows through peaceful hilly countryside surrounded by forests.

The cottage and surrounding area are ideally suited for many activities. You can spend your days relaxing at the cottage or you can use the cottage as a base for various excursions. The area is ideal for trekking, cycling, canoeing and swimming. You can visit medieval towns, castles and other sights or you can go fishing in the morning and gather around an open campfire at night. You can even play squash or tennis. There is plenty to do! The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen.

We would like to offer you a complete 2-day trip with food, accommodation and tours through South Bohemia, one of the most naturally beautiful regions in the Czech Republic. The trip includes Cesky Krumlov, one of the most visited towns after Prague, Hluboka Castle, one of the most beautiful and best-known castles in the country, Ceske Budejovice, the largest town in the region with a lovely medieval center and the famous Budvar brewery. And there are many more castles and medieval towns to explore as well as beautiful countryside. We?re here to give you some tips, but it?s entirely up to you where you want to go.

We also want to show you local life and present-day Czech culture. You will have the chance to taste homemade Czech meals - traditional soups, main courses and desserts - and believe me, my mother is a great cook!

In the evening we can head to a local pub (a typical Czech pastime!) or spend the evening at the cottage around a campfire. If you like, we can go to a bar or club in one of the larger towns nearby. It?s entirely up to you! You?ll get the chance to meet new people and spend a memorable few days in the Czech Republic.
