Very pretty one bedroom apartment decorated in a fresh provencal style with en suite shower room.
In the lving room there is a double sofa bed with dining table and well euqipped open kitchen.
A large private terrace is available with outside garden furniture and a gas BBQ for your outside dining. As it is in the country, normal BBQ's are not permitted due to the fire risk.
A large private swimming pool is at your disposal with sun beds and an additional dining table. There is a "boules" pitch available with a ping pong table.
A solarium for those who enjoy a good all over tan is on the terrace above the apartment.
Although the appartment is annexed to the owners villa, there is a private parking with automatic gates and a private entrance competely separate from the villa and no vis à vis.

Close to Seillans, a very pretty village which is listed as one of the prettiest villages in France has many restaurants and little shops to visit. Its winding cobbled streets and flower laden village houses are extremely inviting. There is a weekly market to enjoy.
Its sister villages of Fayence, Callian and Montauroux are also worth a visit and are equally beautiful, although each has its own special charm.

Situated on the famous "wine route" there are numerous wine domaines to visit and enjoy some excellent Cotes de Provence Rose.The town of Grasse, noted for its perfume factories where you can even create your own perfume, is within easy reach as is Cannes and Frejus/St Raphael on the coast with their long stretches of sandy beaches.
St Tropez is not far but it is worth taking the ferry from St.Raphael or Les Issambres to avoid the traffic in the summer !
The beautiful Gorges du Verdon and the Lake St Croix are 50 minutes drive and one can visit the breathtaking gorges and stop off at the village of Moustiers Sainte Marie renowned for its special ceramics.
