Our Villa
Just 20 minutes from Murcia Airport or an hours drive from Alicante, situated on La Manga Club complex. The villa on two floors is spacious and airy with easy access.Full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer months and heated in winter. You have your own lime and olive trees outside.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is close to one of the community pools.The large terrace has views of the Mar Menors beach in the distance. There is also a roof top terrace for the serious sun worshipper.
We do ask that smoking is only on the terraces and not inside.Pets are not allowed.
The weekly rates include all bed linnen and towels. For stays of 2 weeks or longer a mid stay clean and change of linnen is included. Beach towels are not provided.

Master Bed- TV, King sized bed and full ensuite bathroom
Bed 1 - 2 single beds and ensuite shower room
Bed 2- 2 single beds next door to main bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.
Bed 4 - single bed with pull out bed if needed -8th bed if need
Kitchen- Hob,oven,microwave,toaster.kettle,fridge freezer,dishwasher.
Living/Dining Room- gas fire, SkyTV,HiFi,ample seating, double patio doors to extended terrace with built in barbecue and patio furniture.
