Tropical Breeze is a beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom villa completed in September 2005, beautifully furnished with a west facing 30ft x 15ft Swimming Pool, 7ft Spa and a covered lanai and is just a 12 minute drive to Walt Disney World Resort. This wonderfully located property backs onto natural Floridian Countryside with it's orange groves and is only overlooked by nature itself enabling you to relax and watch the sunset. The pool and covered lanai are in full sunshine from mid-morning until sunset every day enabling you to make the most of your vacation. The covered lanai has a Patio Table and four chairs, two recliners with foot stools and four sun loungers for you to relax on. This beautiful home has Air Conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in the lounge and all four bedrooms. The two Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have sliding doors leading directly out onto the covered lanai and Poo/Spa. The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Ice Maker, Oven with Hob, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Blender and a seperate Utility Cupboard with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. There is a Breakfast Nook with Table and Four Chairs and a seperate Dining Room. There is also a Breakfast Bar with two Bar Stools. Televisions with Cable TV and Radio Alarm Clocks are located in each of the four bedrooms and all the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The Lounge Area boasts a 32 inch Television with Cable TV and a Home Theatre System which plays both CD's and DVD's and has a built in AM/FM Radio with Surround Sound. There is also a Playstation 2 in the Lounge Area for the enjoyment of the children and adults alike. A pool/table tennis table is in the Garage adding additional enjoyment. DVD's and Playstation 2 Games can be hired from the Movie Mania Store located at the Champions Gate Resort Village for very reasonable prices. Credit Card and Passport are all that is required to hire them.

The Sub Division of The Manor is a gated community and has it's own children's playground and tennis court. The Manor is located at West Haven and this area and Champions Gate are up and coming and have new facilities being opened on a regular basis. Tropical Breeze is just a 30 minute drive from Orlando Inyernational Airport and only an hour's drive from Kennedy Space Center and if you get the opportunity to see a shuttle launch it shouldn't be missed. The beaches are only an hour's drive away too. Tropical Breeze is located a 5 minute drive away from Champions Gate Resort Village which has a Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Petrol Stations, Restaurants, Shops and is also home to Florida Spirit our managing agents.
