Comfortable studio-loft (40m2) on the first floor of a building without elevator. Although small, the place has high ceilings that make it seem more spacious. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and one large living area visually separated into a dining corner, sitting area, and a working space situated under the large bunk bed. The sofa bed is large and can provide additional sleeping space. Behind the bunk bed there is a walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage space.

The only downside of the apartment is that its oriented towards the interior of the building and does not have a lot of natural light.
