The resort of Cala d?Or is on the south east of the island. The journey from the airport at Palma to the resort is approximately 45 minutes. Transfer from the airport can be by taxi or hiring a car at the airport is reasonable. The resort, which was originally a fishing village, has several small sandy coves and a large marina. There are a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from the apartment. There is a fabulous golf course just a short drive from the apartment.
Marina d?Or 2 is a gated complex with 8 large pools, situated close to Cala Egos beach and the marina. There are food shops close by and leisure facilities including a bowling alley and tennis courts just a few minutes walk away.This 2 bed room apartment is on 3 floors and can sleep 4 to 6. It has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and cooker, the lounge has a beautiful balcony with cane furniture and views over the pools (perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine in the evening), the main bedroom also has a small terrace. There is a toilet on the first floor and bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and bidet on the second floor, along with the 2 bedrooms. This then leads out to a large terrace with utilty area, BBQ, shower and table and chairs for al fresco eating. Then there are stairs leading to the large roof terrace which has 360 degree views of the sea & mountains. There is also adequate on site parking facilities. This is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, however everything is nearby so it can be as busy or relaxing as you require.
