The apartment is located just off Western Road (a popular shopping street) close to the Brighton/Hove border right in the heart of the city. It is 100 yards from the vibrant seafront and is in within easy walking distance to the hundreds of shops, pubs, bars, clubs, cafes and resturants that the town is famous for. Within a 200 yard radius there are at least a dozen pubs and resturants.
Parking: Immediately outside is pay and display parking, maximum 2 hours. Along the seafront there is pay and display parking where cars can be left all day.
Public Transport: Frequent buses to all parts of Brighon/Hove run along Western Road which is only 40 yards away. The apartment is about 15 mins walk (approx 1 mile) from both Brighton (London & Hastings lines) and Hove (London & Southampton lines) stations. There is a taxi rank 150 yards away on Western Road. |
The apartment occupies the top two floors of a lovely old Regency building. It has recently been redecorated throughout. The lower floor contains the kitchen/diner (newly refitted 2005) and a large lounge that catches the afternoon sun. Upstairs is a large bathroom and two double bedrooms.
The lounge also houses a further single zed bed allowing up to 5 guests to share this property.
Outside is a roof terrace, complete with outside lights, table and chairs and a BBQ that gets the sunshine from early morning till mid-afternoon. |
