This luxury new two bed roomed two-storey villa is in the famous Coral Bay area just outside Paphos. The fabulous Coral Bay Beach is a short walk away. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds both with patio and all the amenities from beachside bars to water sports.

This luxury villa sleeps up to 4 people or 2 adults and 3 children, (cot and high chair available). It features two double bedrooms, both with patio doors opening on to a large adjoining balcony which is equipped with patio table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or lazy summer evenings with a bottle of wine. A master bathroom completes the first floor. The ground floor has an open plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen. A second washroom and toilet completes the layout. Two patio doors lead onto a sun terrace that overlooks its own private swimming pool. The sun terrace and pool area are equipped with patio table and chairs (for alfresco dining), umbrellas and sun loungers. The villa stands on a 500 sq mtr plot and the garden is complemented with palm trees and colourful mediterranean flowers.

Satellite TV. DVD, CD & Cassette Player, Microwave, Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer in both bedrooms, Washing Machine, A/C in both the Bedrooms, Ceiling Fans in Lounge, Dinning Area, & Bedrooms, Cot & High Chair available at no extra cost.

The villa is cleaned and linen and towels changed once a week.

You will be met at the airport by our personal representatives and then driven to the villa, thus avoiding the normal hassle associated with arriving at a holiday destination. On arrival at the villa our representatives will explain the layout of the villa, and of course open that first bottle of wine included in your welcome pack.

An excellent bus service takes you into the town of Paphos with its historical harbour, gift shops and restaurants. Also the ?Old Town? of Paphos with its blend of high quality shops and traditional markets.

Within a short driving distance are the Troodos Mountains, Latchi Beach, Akamas Forrest, Lara Beach, Aphrodite?s Rock, Baths of Aphrodite and three championship golf courses to name but a few. Paphos also boasts one of the best water parks in Cyprus.

Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Nature Reserve, hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more. Amusement and water parks in Paphos are also easily accessible from Coral Bay as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
