Our brand new property is located on the new Sunrise Lakes Community
just off the US27 and only 12 mins from Disney. The beautifully
decorated villa overlooks a lake and wooded area and is finished to
the highest standards. The heated private pool is 28ft x 14ft and
overlooks the lake area. The villa is fully air conditioned and has
several ceiling fans. The spacious villa has a family room and is
equipped with cable TV, a DVD and video player, a CD player and PS2.
The dining area consists of a large dining table with seating for 8
and is the heart of villa with access to the pool area. The well
equipped kitchen includes a cooker and microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, juicer, dishwasher, waste disposal, George Forman grill for
BBQ entertaining and large ice making fridge freezer. Just off the
kitchen is a large pantry and utility room containing an extra large
washing machine and dryer. The large master bedroom contains a king
size bed with TV and DVD player leading to the ensuite bathroom and
walk in closet. An oval bath and separate shower give the master
suite that added touch of luxury. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen
size bed with built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and TV/DVD player. The
3rd and 4th bedroom contain 2no single beds with built in wardrobes.
A bathroom with twin sinks, shower and bath serve these bedrooms. All
bedding and towels are included and the villa includes a telephone
with free international calls. There is also broadband wireless
internet.

The villa is within 12 minutes of Disney and only 15 minutes from
approximately 10 golf courses. Downtown Disney offers shopping,
entertainment and dining choices in a relaxed waterfront setting.
There are several restaurants a short drive away including TGI
Fridays, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Dennys and Perkins. Also in close
proximity are several supermarkets including a 24 hour Wal-Mart. There
are two 24 hour Chemists and a walk in Doctors surgery within walking
distance. Banking facilities are a 5 minute drive away.

The villa is situated for easy access to the US192 and the Interstate
4 where you will find attractions such as Disney World, Seaworld,
Universal Studios, Islands Of Adventure and Wet & Wild, to name a few.

Other destinations on the East Coast include Cocoa Beach and the
famous Kennedy Space Centre which are approximately 1 hour away.
Travel to the West Coast via the Interstate 4 and you will find Tampa
Bay and the beautiful St.Petes Beach where you can go fishing or
parasailing. There are several public golf courses nearby and don't
forget to visit Busch Gardens, which is home to exotic mammals,
birds,reptiles and boasts over 30 attractions. A great day out!
