There is a large Kitchen & Dining Area with patio doors leading to the poolside with a 30' swimming pool for your very own private use (Pool Heat Optional). The Kitchen Area is well equipped with full-sized cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and large fridge/freezer; Whilst in a separate Utility Room you can find a large washer and dryer for your personal use. The Master Bedroom is located on this floor and offers a Large Walk-In Closet & En-Suite Facilities, with garden tub bath, His ?n? hers wash basins and oversized, walk-in shower. For ease and convenience there is a separate cloakroom/wc on this floor. Upstairs provides three further bedrooms along with two bathrooms, a Double Bedroom with Cable TV; plus 2 Twin Rooms. The sparkling Pool & Deck Area is well furnished decking for relaxing by the pool and for dining outside a barbecue is offered ?Free of Charge?.
