Although a car is strongly reccommended for this property it will not be needed every day as the nearest supermarket is only a 5 minute walk away and there are bars and restaurants and the main Levante beach within a 25 to 30 minute walk.

Inside, the property has a spacious and very comfortable main living area that leads out on to the private terrace and pool area.
