The apartment key will be left by our agents in the key safe on day of arrival; If you would like a mid week clean and or change of sheets/towels, then this must be arranged with ourselves at the time of booking, The extra charge will be payable to our agents in local currency. on the day arranged for cleaning etc. A safety deposit box is in the apartment for your valuables This is a no smoking apartment On day of departure the apartment needs to be vacated by 12 noon unless arranged otherwise with ourselves, at the time of booking The key on departure must be placed back into the key safe. Refundable breakages deposit required with final payment is due. to be refunded within 2wks of your departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

The apartment is open plan which has a well equipped kitchen , with oven hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dining table and 4 chairs, living area with sofa bed and satellite tv to watch if you wished.from the living room patio doors lead out to the large patio area, which has table umbrella and 4 chairs, also 2 sun loungers.
The bathroom is fitted with a wash basin wc and shower, the bedroom has 2 single beds and plenty of storage space, and has doors leading out onto the patio,
It has air conditioning for summer and heating for the winter months, all double glazed windows and doors . light and airy, finished off to a very high standard.
