You simply couldn't be closer to the sea, than here in the old walled town of Youghal. Relax and enjoy the sweeping views from the comfort your luxury suite.
In front of the building is the river Blackwater as it gracefully enters the Atlantic. Over a mile across in parts its a huge span of open water, backed by the lush green of the Waterford countryside, and beyond to the mountains.
And yet behind the building is the old town of Youghal, with is shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and historic sights within yards. The nearest beach is 100 yards, although the larger beaches are between 5 and 15 minutes on foot, 2 minutes in the car. The stroll along the promenade, out towards the main strand beach, (passing the lighthouse on your left, with glorious views over the bay), is a favourite with all visitors, at all times of day and in the evening. |
