Close to the beaches of Kaiteriteri and Marahau and on the doorstep of the Abel Tasman National Park but still only 15 minutes away from the bars and restaurants of Motueka.
The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people in one queensize bed and 2 single bunk beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and a portacot is available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove microwave etc and there is satellite TV in the living/dining area. The large sunny deck is furnished with table, chairs and gas BBQ for outdoor dining.

These include fishing, golf, horse riding, swimming, surfing, boating and kayaking. The local wine and craft trails provide a great day out.. A car is essential as Orchard View is a rural property off the main highway. Just minutes away from the renowned Abel Tasman National Park and the sandy beaches of Kaiteriteri and Marahau.

Animals at the property include small farm animals, dogs, horses, guinea pigs, free range ducks and hens. Free range eggs and organic vegetables are available in season. There are numerous native birds including tuis and bell birds well known for their wonderful song.
