Residence Les Sapins is a luxury modern apartment in a peaceful part of the lively ski resort of Saint-Lary Soulan Village situated in the Pyrenees mountains.

The apartment is decorated and furnished beautifully to make a very comfortable home. The accommodation sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 separate bedrooms and has a light and spacious living area leading onto a large balcony with spectacular views of the Pyrenees mountains. The apartment can be rented all the year round and offers an excellent base for hill walking in summer and skiing in winter.

In Saint Lary you can discover the wide variety of mountain activities. In the winter : skiing, snowshoes, ice-skating and when the summer comes: mountain biking, para-gliding, rafting, horse-riding, angling in lakes, hiking at the heart of the natural park of Le Néouvielle or amidst the surprising landscapes of the Spanish slopes, already influenced by the Mediterranean. You will perhaps surprise an eagle or marmot as you cross a rock or torrent.

There are a variety of airports and low cost airlines to choose from. The flights are short and if you book enough in advance you can get some really great deals.

Residence Les Sapins is on the Top floor of a exclusive apartment block which is the the North side of Saint-Lary Soulan Village.

The apartment is on three floors with the lounge/kitchen area and WC on the first floor leading to the large balcony with unobstructed view overlooking the mountains.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom including a shower and WC. Up on the third floor is a bedroom built right into the eaves of the building.

You also have the use of a private car park, a bike/pram secure storage and a private lockable ski cupboard.

The ground floor is covered via easy-maintenance PVC flooring with the rest of the house is carpeted throughout.

Saint-Lary Soulan is located in the Midi-Pyrenees the largest region in France. It is composed of 8 départements: Ariège, Aveyron, Gers, Haute-Garonne, Hautes-Pyrénées, Lot, Tarn and Tarn-et-Garonne.

Saint Lary is located in Hautes-Pyrenees 80km south of the department capital Tarbes located next to the Le Néouvielle Nature Reserve and the Pyrenees National Park and is only a 30 minute drive to Spain.

Saint Lary is a true cyclist paradise - ride up the famous mountain passes; the Pla d'Adet, Aspin pass(22km), Peyresourde pass (28km) and Tourmalet(50km)

Famous for its lakes (Aubert, Aumar, Laquettes, Orédon, Cap de Long), this massif is covered in beautiful forests of dwarf pines, the tallest in Europe.
