This beautiful villa is located only 300 meters from the beach, in a quiet residential area of Esposende. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Porto is 40 Km away, a 30 minutes drive.

The villa is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. It consists of:
in ground floor: large living room with open fire place, satellite TV and double sofa bed, one twin bedroom, games room, one complete bathroom, guest WC and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and wash machine included).in 1st floor: 4 double bedrooms, one complete bathroom and one shower room.

The house is surrounded by a 600 m² garden with BBQ, garage and parking places.

At the time of the Portuguese Maritime Discoveries, Esposende was an important fishing and sea port. These activities have continued into the present day, although it is also a very popular seaside resort. In the nearby village of Apúlia, besides fishing, one of the most typical activities is the gathering of seaweed at low tide.
The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fão has been classified as a protected landscape area and is considered to be one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal´s northern coastline.
Roughly 6 km to the north, São Bartolomeu do Mar is famous for its religious festival on 24th of August, which includes the "Banho Santo", a ritual of bathing in the sea that according to tradition cures illnesses and makes children strong and healthy.
