On our 1st visit to Florida we were completely bowled over by the amount of places to visit, cleanliness and the fantastic weather that we experienced that we decided to buy our holiday home here. We choose our particular property in Indian Point Community as it is in one of the more well established developments and is within 4 mins drive of Highway 192 where all the shops and restaurants are located and just 10 minutes drive from the Disney experience. However Indian Point is a peaceful area, surrounded by pine trees and ideal to return to at the end of a busy day. The villa is single storey and has recently been totally refurbished, benefitting from new furniture and redecoration.

Update - August 2006... we have made our annual visit to our property to maintain it and ensure it is clean, tidy and maintained to a standard acceptable to our guests.

The property has a larger than average 30' by 12' swimming pool surrounded by patio under a covered lanaii and shrubs and trees surrounding the lanaii ensure it is not overlooked by neighbours.

Our relaxing living area has cable connected large TV and DVD player, comfy seating and patio doors leading to pool/deck area.

Dining Area
Seating for 6 round a beautiful glass table, with further seating for 4 nearby in the kitchen area

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen which has dishwasher, cooker/extractor fan, fridge
freezer, microwave, Washer/dryer available in garage. All kitchen utensils and crockery are provided

Bathrooms
Master suite has w.c. and large walk in shower, house bathroom has w.c. and bath with shower.

Bedrooms
King Sized bed in master bedroom, Queen Sized bed in second bedroom, Twin beds in 3rd bedroom.

Cots can be hired at a charge of $3 per day (£1.75) and will be available in the property upon your arrival, please request this on your booking form.

Private Screened Pool
Pool is a larger than average 30 by 12.
Smoking is OK around pool and deck area, but no smoking inside the villa please
