On first floor we invite you to tasteful modern furnishings living area whit a fully equipped kitchen. On second floor we invite you to a cozy and warm two doubles, one bed size-1.20/1.90m bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and terrace.
Just 900 meters from the beach, the house?s living room, bedrooms, and terrace have open views of the Black sea.
The house is surrounded by small garden. We have two places in garage.

The road leading to the villa from the maid highway is about 900 meters. It is steep. You can walk up and down use path between properties - It is 400 meters and takes about 3-5 minutes to the bus stop.
Basic shopping facilities can be found 500 meters from the house. City with its large selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs is less than 5 minutes bus distance. The resorts? St St Constantine and Helena ?and ?Golden sands? are only a 10-20 minute drive away.

Ideal for travellers seeking a vacation off the beaten track. The Sea Park in Varna is the largest of its kind, its creation began in 1878 and that offer great opportunities for hiking. In the Sea park of Varna are situated the Museum of the naval history, the Nature and science museum, the Dolphinarium with its entertaining dolphin show, the Aquarium with its unique exhibition of sea species, astronomical observatory.
